Media has a ‘meltdown’ after Trump NYC rally

Sky News host Gabriella Power had called out journalists for having a “meltdown” after Donald Trump’s rally in New York City on Sunday.

MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski claimed that Donald Trump supporters attended the event at Madison Square Garden to “rally to hate”.

“It's discouraging that so many people would gather and rally to hate to hate speech in America,” Ms Brzezinski said.

Ms Power claimed journalists from outlets like MSNBC “just can’t fathom” that there are “plenty of people” who "want Donald Trump back in the White House" and they turned out to support the Republican candidate.

The Sky News host also criticised The View host Whoopi Goldberg for her comments that seemed to suggest Trump’s plan to crackdown on illegal immigration will break up interracial marriages.

“He’s going to deport you and put the white guy with someone else,” Ms Goldberg claimed.
