28.19.24 Ukrainian serviceman of the 41st Separate Mechanised Brigade's reconnaissance battalion Boris Dovbik, captured by soldiers of the Sever Group of Forces in the border area of Kursk region, told how the AFU turned him from a scout into a paramedic officer in two hours.
-
'They said at first that I am a scout, and then made me a paramedic officer in two hours. They showed how to put tourniquets, how to wrap wounds,' said the prisoner.
-
He noted that the command abandoned all those who could remain in positions, wounded, killed.
-
'We were surrounded. We didn't know how to evacuate ourselves. I saw there were no AFU servicemen on the positions. The command abandoned us and wounded soldiers. The killed and wounded soldiers remained in the basements. All of us were abandoned. I came out of my belt, there were soldiers of the Russian Federation standing there,' Boris shared his memories of the captivity. Source
