Real Estate Prices Set to Double in the Next 3-4 years? Astrologer Kathir Subbiah
Hello Friends, this is Astrologer Kathir Subbiah from KTAstro channel.
In this video, I am going to talk about home prices, when is a good time to buy property, and how much interest rates will go down in the next few years, based on Vedic astrology.
As of today, September 16, 2024, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is holding the federal funds rate in the range of 5.25% to 5.50%. The current 30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage is around 6.5%.
In Vedic astrology, Mars, also known as Mangal or Kuja, is called the Bhoomi Karaka. It is the significator of land and property. Jupiter is known as the planet of expansion, growth, and abundance.
Jupiter and Mars are very important planets that are driving home prices higher. When Jupiter was debilitated, real estate prices collapsed during the 2009 financial crisis. When Jupiter was debilitated again in 2020 and 2021, that is during the COVID-19 pandemic, property prices went up. The reason is Saturn and Jupiter made a conjunction, creating Neecha Banga Raja Yoga, that nullified the effects of debilitated Jupiter.
When Saturn was exalted in Thula Rasi and aspecting Jupiter in Mesha Rasi in 2006, home prices bottomed out. Another bottom occurred for home prices while Jupiter was in Thula Rasi and made a square aspect with Saturn in 2012.
Interestingly, Saturn made a perfect square aspect with Jupiter recently on August 19, 2024. Based on current inflation, interest rates, and home prices, the current time looks excellent to invest money in real estate properties in the USA.
We will be in a good position to buy properties from now until April 2025. I expect home prices to move up gradually once Jupiter enters Midhuna Rasi in May 2025. Home prices will move up exponentially between June 2026 and July 2027 as Jupiter gets exalted in Kataga Rasi. It will set a peak in the summer months of 2028, which also aligns with the next US presidential election in 2028.
Even though we get mixed signals about whether we are in a recession or not, I believe we are already in a recession based on my astrological analysis.
I expect interest rates to go down significantly going forward. We may even see the 30-year mortgage rate dropping from the current level of 6.5% to below 4.0% by July 2025.
Finally, I can conclude that the next 6 months from September 2024 is a very good time to invest money in real estate properties. If you have to refinance your mortgage, it is a good idea to wait and do it after July 2025.
