Hour was born in the absence of her martyred father. Jenin, Palestine.

Martyr Majid Nabhan from Jenin Camp in the West Bank of Palestine, was just gifted with a child post mortem. He chose the name Hour if it was a girl and Aysar if it was a boy. Majid ascended in a Zionist shelling on Jenin Camp last February 25, 2024, along with Yasin Hanoon, and the child Said Jaradat, when another 16 civilians were wounded.
