My 4 key insights from the book:

1. Trust Your Body: Your body is more than just a set of physical processes. It’s a reflection of your consciousness, meaning it has an innate intelligence that knows how to stay healthy if you let it. 2. Release Worry: Worry and doubt close you off from this natural flow. When you worry, it’s as if you’re putting up a wall that prevents you from receiving the right guidance or making decisions that best support your health.

3. Be Present with Yourself: Pain, discomfort, or doubt are like messengers—they’re showing you where you might be resisting your natural state. Instead of pushing these feelings away, ask yourself, "What am I resisting right now?" or "How does this help me realign with my true self?"

4. Focus on Decisions, Not Symptoms: Instead of focusing on pain or limitations as something from the past, see them as indicators of what’s happening now. Recognize your power to create health by focusing on the present, asking what each experience is allowing or teaching you about yourself.
