A Prayer for Healing from Past Hurts

Heavenly Father, I come before You, burdened by the weight of past hurts and pains. I ask for Your healing touch to mend my wounded heart and soul.

Please help me to forgive those who have hurt me and to release the bitterness and resentment that I may be holding onto. Grant me the grace to let go of the past and embrace the future with hope and optimism.

Fill me with Your love and compassion, and help me to heal emotionally and spiritually. May Your peace wash over me, bringing comfort and solace.
