What is Fat Burn?
Fat burning is the metabolic process by which the body converts stored fat into energy.

It's a complex interplay of hormones, enzymes, and cellular mechanisms. Essentially, it's the body's way of tapping into its fat reserves when it needs fuel.

How Does Fat Burn Happen?
1. Mobilization:
Hormonal Trigger: Hormones like adrenaline, cortisol, and growth hormone signal fat cells (adipocytes) to release stored triglycerides.
Breakdown: Triglycerides are broken down into fatty acids and glycerol.

2. Transportation:
Albumin: Fatty acids bind to albumin, a protein in the bloodstream, for transportation to the liver and muscles.

3. Utilization:
Beta-oxidation: In the liver and muscle cells, fatty acids undergo beta-oxidation, a process that breaks them down into acetyl-CoA molecules.
Energy Production: Acetyl-CoA enters the mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cell, where it undergoes the Krebs cycle and electron transport chain to produce ATP (energy currency).
