I'm joined by Lesley Hollywood to discuss the 14 Statewide Ballot Measures Colorado voters will find on their ballots. It should be noted Amendments require 55% of the vote to pass, while Propositions only require a simple majority vote.

Amendment H: Creation of Independent Judicial Discipline Board - YES

Amendment I: Right to Deny Bail for First Degree Murder - YES

Amendment J: Remove From State Constitution "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state" - YES

Amendment K: Modify Constitutional Election Deadlines for Ballot Measures - NEUTRAL

Amendment 79: Constitutional Right to Elective Abortion at any Time during Pregnancy with No Restrictions and No Questions Asked; Repeal the State Law Blocking Taxpayer Funding for Elective Abortions; Remove Parental Consent Requirement - NO
