Posted • October 27, 2024: This writer confesses she likes Pennsylvania Democrat senator John Fetterman. He's a staunch supporter of Israel and, by and large, a reasonable Democrat. She's happy to see he appears to have overcome the health issues that plagued him during the campaign and the first months of his term. He sat down for an interview with New York Times reporter Lulu Navarro and used truck nuts as an interesting segue into saying Democrats are in trouble this election cycle. -- John Fetterman explains what truck nuts are to a New York Times reporter: John Fetterman: "I live directly across the street from a Steel Mill. I asked the union president, 'Hey where are we on Trump?' -- 'Half or 2/3rds are voting for him' —— That sucks.
