On Monday, June 3, 2024, at approximately 5:21 PM, a caller stated a female they believed to be intoxicated was causing a disturbance. An officer located the female and learned she had an active arrest warrant.

During transport and while waiting at the correctional facility, the female continuously kicked the glass separating the back of the cruiser and the front and side glass windows of the cruiser.

The officer informed the arrestee 3 times to stop kicking the partition and the windows or the officer would deploy his olerizon capsicum, OC spray.

The arrestee would not comply. The officer exited the cruiser, displayed his OC spray, and warned the arrestee again to stop.

The arrestee did not comply, and the officer deployed his OC spray. The arrestee immediately complied.
