Today, on day 262 of my sobriety journey, I reflect on how I'm feeling about the constant focus on sobriety. After all I've been through, my mind is ready to leave the topic behind and just live freely. I think it's a sign that I'm moving forward, finding peace in just being myself without always having to focus on the journey.

Listening to AURORA's live performance of Some Type of Skin really hit me with a sense of calm and inner peace. There's a folk-like quality to her music that feels both freeing and grounding. Her happiness on stage is contagious, and this track got me thinking about resilience—building a "type of skin" to get through life’s challenges. I also reflected on the idea of peace as something we create within ourselves, no matter the chaos around us.
