Treatment Update: BHRT, Parasites & Mitochondria and Drainage Jumpstart Program

I’m overdue for hormone replacement therapy (125 mg testosterone pellets) and finally hit my wall. I’m still exercising, but I’m pretty maxed out, foggy and inflamed.

I’m having a lot of flu like symptoms that peaked this week because of the full moon (I’m assuming). Increased GI pain, insomnia, bloating, chills and feeling terrible/sick in general. This is the first time I’ve been well enough to feel a difference around the full moon. These symptoms used to blend in with everything else I have going on and I just considered them to be part of my circus. I still can’t believe how sick I was only a couple years ago compared to now. I recently purchased the Rapid Gut Reset from Detox Rejuvenation and am looking forward to starting. My Parasite Self Assessment score is 39, putting me in the significant category. I think my GI issues are a big part of my stubborn medical situation.

I’m working on getting my household EMFs under control.

I’m continuing to lose weight.

Weight Loss
Weight as of 9/30/17: 159.0 lbs
Weight as of 10/11/24: 155.2 lbs
Weight as of 10/17/24: 153.2 lbs

I’m continuing to make progress with the Mitochondria and Drainage Jumpstart Program and am extremely grateful to have found this program. It’s working.

Day 2 of my cycle. Cycles have been consistently on time now since I started treating for Lyme. Cycles are light with some cramping, but at least they’re present. I take 200 mg of progesterone on days 10-21 of my cycle, but I know I need to increase my dosage. We’ll see what labs say once I’m able to get them.
