Sunny's arm workout:
Rope Curls ss w/Rope Pressdown;
3 sets x 12-15 reps
DB Alternate Curls ss w/DB Kickbacks
3x15-20
DB Hammer Curls ss w/Top 1/2 Chinups
3×10-12
Regular Pullups
A couple sets of 6-10
--30 seconds rest between supersets
--30 seconds rest between cycles of supersets
This arm workout isn't like most arms routines as it is fast paced and over with in around 30 minutes!
