If you like your bubbly summer drink a bit stronger and shock the posh low abv Aperol Spritz crowd, then give this drink a try.

Recipe:
30ml-1oz PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN @windspielmanufaktur
30ml-1oz APEROL
120ml-4oz DRY TONIC WATER

Pour all ingredients into ice filled Highball glass. Stir briefly and garnish with a grapefruit zest.
