FPV lap timers - hard to come by or really expensive! I found a open source timer that's been working really well for me so i'm made a video on how to flash and assemble the hardware i found easily in the UK - cost less than £20 per timer, i say £35 in the video but forgot i got a 3 pack.

Have a good read of this - it has all the steps and goes over all the hardware, links to software and discord etc.

ESP32 3pack https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08DR5T897 - you only need one but get your mates some and it will be cheaper
RX5808 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/186688055012 - read the bit in the github about SPI, you wont know until you receive it, but it sounds like most come modded now, mine did which is good.
