About the infamous picture of the Ashanti town-crier wearing the breastplate. Do I believe that the design of their breastplate was influenced by the design of the breastplate of the Israelites? Yes, which is why I made the correlation between the two in this video. Does that mean that I believe the Ashanti are Israelites? No, it does not. The Ashanti (whose name is NOT derived from the Israelite town, Ashan) are Akan people who practice matrilineal inheritance and who were heavily involved in deporting the Israelites from Africa through the slave trade. When the Israelites were enslaved, their oppressors would often castrate Israelite men, making them eunuchs; this was common practice during the Transatlantic Slave Trade, Arab Slave Trade, et cetera, but "...thus says YAH unto the eunuchs that keep My sabbaths, and choose the things that please Me, and take hold of My covenant; even unto them will I give in Mine house and within My walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off." (Isaiah 56:4) Thanks in large part to the Curses that Israel chose to put upon themselves, how many of us Israelites could be considered bastards? It honestly just goes to show that in this day and age virtually nothing is as it's supposed to be; disorder is rampant. The term bastard/mamzer refers to someone of an illegitimate birth and is only used in Deuteronomy 23:2 and Zechariah 9:6 "A mixed people (bastards/mamzerim) shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of Philistia." In the Law of Deuteronomy 23:3, Ammonites and Moabites are banned from the congregation of YAH, "because they met you (Israel) not with bread and with water in the way, when you came forth out of Egypt;" Ruth was NOT a daughter of Moab and she's never referred to as such like the bloodline Moabite women were in Numbers 25:1. In Deuteronomy 34:4-6 "...YAH said unto him (Moses), This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto your seed: I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over thither. So Moses the servant of YAH died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of YAH. And He (YAH) buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knows of his sepulchre unto this day." Notice that the land where Moses died is identified as the land of Moab. Well, that land, where Mt. Nebo is located was actually in the tribal territory of Reuben and NO MOABITES INHABITED THAT LAND. Sihon the Amorite king had conquered the Moabites and expelled them from the land, then Israel came and utterly destroyed Sihon and his people who dwelt there as per Numbers 21:26 "...Heshbon was the city of Sihon the king of the Amorites, WHO HAD FOUGHT AGAINST THE FORMER KING OF MOAB, AND TAKEN ALL HIS LAND OUT OF HIS HAND, EVEN UNTO ARNON." Yet, even so, with Moab long gone, that land was still known as "the land of Moab" as shown in Deuteronomy 34:5-6. This causes a lot of confusion for a lot of people nowadays because it is the same "land of Moab" where Ruth came from in the days of the Judges, which is why she was called a Moabitess. Sometimes, the Israelites were surnamed by the land they came from and Ruth "the Moabitess" was no exception; examples of other Israelites surnamed by the land they came from are Abishag the Shunammite (1 Kings 1:3), Jephthah the Gileadite (Judges 11:1) and Shammah the son of Agee the Hararite who's mentioned among David's mighty men in 2 Samuel 23:8-39. Job's friends like Eliphaz the Temanite were surnamed by the land they came from as well (Teman was a notable city in Edom, named after Esau's grandson.) And to all of you Israelites who blaspheme that "Esau is the white man," the Law in Deuteronomy 23:7 states that you're NOT allowed to hate Esau BECAUSE HE'S YOUR BROTHER so if you really believe that the so-called white man is your twin brother Esau, you're NOT allowed to hate him.
