The meat was seasoned with rosemary, thyme, sage, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, and added beef tallow. The sauce has all the drippings from the aforementioned ingredients, deglazed with Riseling wine and stock. Thickened with tallow and flour, heavy cream, and plain greek yogurt. Seasoned with salt, pepper, worcestershire, Dijon, soy sauce, and juice from half a lemon. Steamed broccoli with salt and red pepper flake. Garlic bread.
