What is "The Council"?

Have you ever thought to yourself, "Who actually runs the United States? Who actually makes the decisions and calls the shots?" If you did ask yourself that question at some point in your life, did you find the answer? Was it the answer you thought it would be?

To be honest, it is actually a simple answer, but it is an answer that has multiple parts. The "Deep State" as many would refer to the people within the upper tiers of this handful of people in the US Government, these very few people are the ones who do call the shots in the United States of America for the Deep States portion of being limited to the United States specifically, however, the Deep State has an international component that is very powerful and controlled by dedicated hardcore globalists whose power is concentrated primarily in Europe in various places.

We are focused on the US only for this video, this is to show you who calls the shots in the US, and it isn't Congress, meaning it isn't the House or the Senate, and it isn't the President as many people believe that it is, so watch this short video that briefly explains how the US Government power structure actually functions, you need to know and understand who it is that is attacking you if you are ever to have any chance of forcing them to stop doing so.
