Is USG | USCF Gold Strategy Plus Income Fund | a Good Dividend Payer on Gold?

Hey everybody, welcome to this week's research roundup in our [Is USG | USCF Gold Strategy Plus Income Fund | a Good Dividend Payer on Gold?] video ! I've got a lot of new additions that I've included in our research sheet, so let's go through them quickly. First up, I found a new gold strategy plus income fund called USG. I also looked into their dividend information since they are a dividend payer. I wanted to see how it compared to the other ETFs we have for trading gold.

If we go to the research tab and scroll to the bottom, you'll see USG listed among the new additions. Let's take a look at its risk-reward profile. As expected with gold, the risk is relatively high compared to the potential reward. It's currently close to its all-time high and doesn't have much room for potential gains. However, let's take a closer look at its holdings.

We can see that USG is primarily made up of gold futures and US dollars, with some bank reserves. This means that it's designed to closely track the performance of physical gold and gold futures markets. With this structure, we can expect it to perform better than ETFs based on gold miners.
