ISS astronauts hospitalized after SpaceX splashdown

Three NASA astronauts—Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt, and Jeanette Epps—along with Russian cosmonaut Alexander Grebenkin, returned to Earth from the International Space Station (ISS) on Friday after seven months in orbit.

Their return was delayed by two weeks due to weather issues related to Hurricane Milton.

Upon exiting the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft, the crew underwent medical exams and was taken to a local medical facility for further evaluation, a precautionary measure with no specific details provided.

During their mission, they conducted numerous scientific experiments, including those involving stem cells and plant research, DW has reported.
