How come there was no major impact on Iran? Was the regime being jewy and trying to save shekels?

IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari: 'The IDF has attacked military targets in Iran, in response to the continuous attacks of the Iranian regime against Israel'.. So how come there was no major damage or impact on Iran? Was the regime being jewy on their missiles and trying to save shekels?
