If you eat sugary junk food and fast food that makes you feel bad then you will feel bad. This kind of food does not nourish your body to be happy.

I recommend people to eat more Beef because junk food does not have a rich source of nutrients like
I. Complete Protein
II. Saturated Fats
III. Vitamins
IV. Minerals

These are important for mental health as these are required to make healthy hormones and happy neurotransmitters for the brain.

Do things that make you happy and avoid things that bring you down.
- Find Hobbies You Enjoy
- Hang around with happy people
- Do things that make you laugh
- Spend time with your family
- Get sunlight
- Avoid negative media
- Avoid negative people
