The Red, Green & Blue arc is the first story arc of the Pokémon Adventures manga, consisting of forty chapters and spanning three volumes. It was authored by Hidenori Kusaka and illustrated by Mato. It began serialization in March 1997, and ended in May 1998.

The arc features the journeys of Red and Blue through Kanto, conquering the eight Gyms and the Pokémon League. Later, a third Trainer, Green, comes into the plot. Together, they destroy Team Rocket, an evil organization that uses Pokémon for illegal actions. Red also assists Blaine in capturing Mewtwo and saves a young girl from wild Pokémon in Viridian Forest. Eventually, Red defeats Blue in the Pokémon League tournament and becomes a Champion.
