I return to Mount Isabel De Torres and give you yet another look at the beautiful botanical garden at the top of the mountain. Again, we rode the cable car 793 meters (2,600 feet) up Puerto Plata’s verdant hills, surrounded with phenomenal views of Puerto Plata’s Carribean Sea and beaches in the distance. At the top of the mountain there are beautiful botanical gardens filled with local flora, caves, and plenty of areas for shade from the sun.
