Meeting my "Father" in Pokémon Red [Pokémon Red Part 17]

In this episode, I do some minor exploring in Celadon City. I meet the employees of Game Freak that apparently created me, which is a little concerning, but at least I can get an eevee from the mansion. I then go to the department store and give some drinks to a girl in exchange for some decently useful TMs. I also get Counter in the video game section. Doing some more exploration leads me to a depressed man that lost it all gambling. He gives me his coin case so I can lose it all too. I then go to the Rocket Game Corner, play a bit of the slots, and find a mysterious Team Rocket Member guarding a poster for some reason. What is going on with the poster and why is Team Rocket here? Only one way to find out.
