Today we repair the water damaged subfloor in the guest bathroom. Establishing a solid foundation for the floor tiles will require replacing the impacted subfloor. Installing the new subfloor has to be done in pieces since a single sheet would not fit through the door. Maneuvering the subfloor around the plumbing requires a little more cutting. Dealing with one cut at a time we get the new floor laid without making a bigger mess.
