BRICS is developing faster than all other groups – Serbian minister without portfolio

RT spoke with Nenad Popovic, Serbia's minister without portfolio, during the BRICS summit. He stated that the rise of the bloc signifies the emergence of a multipolar world and attributed BRICS's recent success to the mutual respect among its member states and their partners.
