This British social worker, Sally Berchie, was tasked with assessing the Local Authority's proposal for the forced adoption of my American son with his maternal Aunt Deborah in Florida, even though I had/have sole custody in America and wasn’t accused of any neglect or abuse. Why?

Because Local Authority’s get bonuses for each child they remove from biological parents and place with new families. This has been entirely normalized for years in the UK, as anyone who lives there knows.

The rest of the world has been in the dark because Brits face imprisonment, heavy fines, and the seizure of their assets and children if they were to go public. Free speech doesn’t exist in #BrokenBritain. As an American, I have the luxury of the First Amendment and I will continue to exercise it to the fullest.

When Berchie was cross-examined the Local Authority showed complete indifference to my son's safety, with barrister Nick Brown spending less than two minutes asking questions on behalf of Coventry before dramatically pausing and saying, "no further questions."

Aka, “We don't care anymore.”

My solicitor, Mr Slater, questioned Berchie thoroughly, revealing that she had supported placing my son BEFORE any ruling had even been made, which would have been illegal, and is just another indicator that the outcome of these Care Proceedings had been pre-decided. What also came to light was the exact inverse of justice.

This is what passes for "professionalism" in Coventry when it comes to child safety. Which is why you'll notice that purple bar at the top of the screen shows the hearing wasn't being recorded. Gee, I wonder why?

For the record, the placement went forward starting May 10, 2024 and is currently being blindly enforced by Judge Robert A. Bauman (CASE #23-DR-13731) in Tampa, Florida. He has inexplicably refused to explore the merits, which do not exist, and has ostensibly become an arm of the deeply corrupt British government.

Bauman has literally allowed a foreign custody order issued in 2023 to override a U.S. custody order issued in 2021, despite the child and both parents being American. Bauman has brazenly violating the Constitution on multiple grounds, notably the denial of due process, and has prolonged the long overdue return of my abducted son to his left-behind parent.
