"John, there's concern on the Hill, that Donald Trump's team has not entered into these critical transition agreements with the White House that could potentially in their words endanger National Security, is that a concern of yours?"

"All I'll say is, that, no matter how things play out in the election, the National Security Council under Mr. Sullivan's leadership, um, is, and will make sure we're ready for proper transition handover."

That Question and Answer do NOT match. The answer is as if the Question was "Joe Biden's Team" has not entered critical transition agreements.

But the "reporter" said... "there's concern on the Hill that Donald Trump's team has not entered into these critical transition agreements with the White House that could potentially, in their words, endanger National Security...."

That phrasing is saying Donald John Trump is sitting President. 

Because he is. 🤫

Laws and Orders invoked prove such.
