They utilize a subcontractor model, allowing franchisees to focus on sales and marketing while
subcontractors handle the labor. The franchise provides extensive support in marketing, call
center services, and technology. Mighty Dog Roofing has sustained rapid growth and high
average unit volumes. Anthony says, “Our first- or second-year franchisees are averaging over a
million and a half in annual revenue.”
