Among my cats' friends there are also little dolls like this little elephant. I like to zoom in on the details.

A wooden elephant is a sculpture or carving that represents an elephant, made from various types of wood such as teak, mahogany, or oak. These items are often handcrafted and can vary in size, from small figurines to large decorative artworks.

In many cultures, the elephant symbolizes strength, wisdom, and good luck. Particularly in Asian art and traditions, an elephant with its trunk raised is considered a good luck charm, while in other parts of the world, wooden elephants may be used to decorate spaces, adding a natural and exotic touch to the environment.

The details can be very intricate, with carvings replicating the folds of the elephant's skin, tusks, and tail. Often, these wooden elephants are also used in religious ceremonies or as symbolic objects in places for meditation or relaxation.
