A federal judge in New York has ordered Rudy Giuliani to transfer his luxury apartment and various valuables to two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, whom he defamed.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman ruled that Giuliani must relinquish personal property, including cash accounts, jewelry, and his $5.7 million Madison Avenue co-op, within seven days.

This decision follows a defamation case in which Giuliani was found liable for falsely accusing Freeman and Moss of election fraud after the 2020 presidential election, resulting in a $146 million damages award.

The judge authorized the use of a receiver to manage the sale of Giuliani’s assets to ensure prompt liquidation and maximize their value.

Notable items to be transferred include luxury watches, a signed Joe DiMaggio jersey, and a 1980 Mercedes formerly owned by Lauren Bacall.

However, his New York Yankees World Series rings are excluded from the order, NBC News has reported.
