They are saying that Ukrainian forces can't stop the advancing Russian army as they don't have the forces or the means. The Russians appear to have occupied half of Selydove and once it falls, they will then push forward towards Pokrovsk and Myrnograd. The G7 plans to keep the frozen Russian assets even after the war.
