Quick and easy recipe for dinner that you can make in 10 minutes

This egg and cabbage dish is one of my favorite winter dishes. And one of those versatile recipes that's equally suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It takes just 10 minutes to cook and uses simple ingredients you probably already have on hand.

Ingredients and recipe:
2 carrots
1 cabbage
4 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
15 g / 1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
40 g / 3 tablespoons cheese (optional)

Thinly slice the cabbage as with the coleslaw and place in a mixing bowl.
Grate the carrots and place in the cabbage.
Mix 4 eggs, season well with salt and pepper and add the mixture with the cabbage and carrots to the bowl. Stir well.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage mixture and flatten with a spoon.
Cover the crepe with a lid and fry over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Using a plate, flip and fry for a further 5-7 minutes. Add any cheese you like (optional).
