If you did not EXEMPT yourself, and you work for a corporation, you entered into an open contract.

That contract only closes upon your filing.

If they owe YOU money from taking your earnings, then file and get it back.

If you owe THEM (based on this false contract) then do not file.

No such contract exists.
The 1099 isn't the contract.
It's the reporting.

If my credit card processor, a state LLC, has to follow the state RULES and impose a 1099 on me, then that's on them.
