The gun cop who killed Chris Kaba is living in fear of a reprisal attack from the gangster's associates who have put a £10,000 bounty on his head.

Kaba, nicknamed Mad Itch, was a core member of the 67 gang, one of London’s most dangerous.

He was linked to two shootings in the six days leading up to his death on September 5 2022.

Firstly, Kaba was seen on CCTV shooting a gang rival at a nightclub in Hackney, East London.

There was also “strong evidence” he took part in a drive-by shotgun attack in Brixton, the night before he was killed by Sgt Martyn Blake.

And it emerged traces of cocaine were found in Kaba’s body.

Sgt Blake, cleared of murder in just three hours on Monday, had been briefed about the Brixton shooting before going on patrol.

But he had no knowledge of Kaba when he killed him.

Until now, construction worker Kaba has been painted as a loving dad-to-be. But he had convictions dating back to age 13.
