9mm 124 FMJ being loaded

In this video, we showcase one of our four 9mm loading lines in action. Prior to this step, the cases are carefully primed on our primer insertion machine and staked using a staking machine to ensure secure seating. Once primed and staked, the cases move on to the loading line where we handle precise powder loading, projectile insertion, seating, and crimping to create 9mm 124 FMJ rounds that meet strict NATO specifications. After loading, each round is sealed with waterproofing at both the mouth and primer to ensure reliability. The finished rounds then go through high-speed inspection, followed by a visual quality check before finally being packed using an automated packing machine.
