Bill C-63 Truth - Highlights

I have scanned the internet looking for someone to tell me what is the big deal about Bill C-63, why are people so concerned, and why are no government?

I discovered that most people posting info about the bill, don't even know what it is, they're just regurgitating what someone else said, who didn't even read the bill. So, what is it, what is the big deal?

In Canada, the Liberal government wishes to implement another law that will change current laws, all under the name of "child protection act".
Of course no one wants children to be harmed so there are so few who will question this bill, many MP's don't even read it. But is it what it says it is? Don't we have existing laws that protect children? Can't we enforce those laws? Do we really need to bring in another government policing office? Will this new law abolish existing laws? Will these laws be more protective of children than the current resources?
