I call this challenge the “Flexible Body, Flexible Mind” yoga challenge and the goal is to get you stretching ON and OFF the mat. You will receive two videos from me each day during this challenge. The first video will be a 10-minute morning yoga class stretching for a flexible body. The second video will be a simple daily challenge to get you out of your comfort zone for a flexible mind. The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels and do not require props. They will be flexibility-based flows followed by daily challenges that do not require too much time or resources to complete. I worked really hard to create this challenge and I am really proud of the finished results. I hope you will join me!
