When you are dealing with health issues, it is imperative you take note of what helps you feel good, and what makes you feel bad.

Take foods out of the diet, introduce them and supplements one by one.

Take note of your treatment and what things impact your health.

And most importantly - keep a positive mindset! The mind must heal before the body can.
