Chief FOIA Officers Council Meeting Livestream October 14 2020

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552(k)), the Chief FOIA Officers Council is convening for a virtual meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. The meeting is open to the public.

The Director of the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS), National Archives and Records Administration, and the Director of the Office of Information Policy (OIP), U.S. Department of Justice, co-chair the Chief Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officers Council.

The Chief FOIA Officers Council develops recommendations for increasing compliance and efficiency and shares best practices and innovative approaches. Additional details about the meeting are available at:
