Vice President Kamala Harris urged Black churchgoers in Atlanta to vote as part of the “souls to the polls” initiative, with music legend Stevie Wonder supporting her efforts by performing Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song.”

During her visits to two churches, Harris emphasized kindness over insults, implicitly contrasting her style with that of Donald Trump.

She noted the importance of the upcoming election, saying, “There is so much at stake right now.”

Wonder celebrated her 60th birthday and encouraged congregants to participate in early voting, highlighting the historical significance of mobilizing Black communities at the polls, the Associated Press has reported.
