Texas inmate Roberson's supporters have a sigh of relief as a last minute stay of execution was granted for the first time in Texas with evidence piling up that he was wrongly convicted. bBut his execution can still be set at anytime after he meets with the Senate so they can review his case because the state is fighting the stay and are ready to proceed with the execution even though the evidence he was convicted over has been proven false
