UK: First Political prisoner, a Grandfather of 3 dies in jail. 'Supposedly suicide'... Grandfather Peter Lynch protested with a placard which called police officers, MPs and the media 'corrupt'.. He merely shouted words at the Police. He did not participate in any violence whatsoever. There were many reports by relatives that said these prisoners were being tortured in prison.. He has now reportedly taken his own life.. A father, a grandfather and a patriot... Peter Lynch was found dead at HMP Moorland prison in Doncaster. One of the UK's most overcrowded jail. The secretary of state for Justice, Shabana Mahmood, knew that this prison was way over capacity.. The justice system still sent him there anyway.. His blood is on their hands.. There are accusations that it wasn't suicide and he was murdered in jail and this was being covered up.
