Video 2: Cheese Blintz Casserole

Recipe:
12 frozen cheese blintz
1 stick butter
16 oz sour cream
4 eggs
4 TBS Sugar or Stevia
4 TBS orange Juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt

Put blintz in the bottom of the pan, cover with the melted butter, mix all the other ingredients and pour over the blintz. Bake at 375 for 45-55 minutes. Serve with fruit topping or sour cream
