NEW YORK TIMES Admits DEI Policies at University of Michigan Have Fallen Short

In a bold move that has sparked controversy across the political spectrum,
the University of Michigan has reaffirmed its commitment to diversity, equity,
and inclusion (D E I) initiatives, despite growing criticism and challenges.

This decision comes at a time when many institutions are scaling back such programs in response to mounting pressure
from conservative lawmakers and activists.

The university’s D E I efforts,
which began in earnest in 2016,
have expanded significantly over the years,
consuming a staggering 1 billion dollars in resources.

When you are given a task or identify a problem,
own it and see it through to its completion.
Do not shift blame.
Put in the work and make it right.

Always strive to over-deliver and exceed people’s expectations
in everything you do
