WTD Reverse Hook Kick

During my daily workout, I demonstrate a reverse hook kick. AKA - "Dragon Whips its Tail" - Tang Lung ( Bruce Lee ) in Return Of The Dragon. This is similar to the Reverse Crescento Kick but instead of striking with the edge of my foot, I strike with the heel of the foot with my toe pointing perpendicular. This also changes the stretch from more hamstring flexibility to more groin flexibility, and changes the range to be just a bit farther out than the Reverse Crescento Kick.
