Talk Is Cheap - Noah Mataruse

Noah Mataruse is our guest speaker for the service. He shares a message titled "Talk Is Cheap".

The text is from Matthew 21:28-46. A few days before His crucifixion, 5 days to be exact, Jesus was confronted by the leaders of the temple. They wanted to take Him out, believing they were the ones with the mandate from God to lead His people.

Jesus told the leaders in very plain language that they were leafy fig trees with no fruit, sons who say "yes" but never lift a finger, terrible stewards of God's heritage. We will learn to apply these parables to our lives so that we can be counted among those who say yes to God and do what He says. We will learn that words are not enough and that actions matter.
