November, my favorite month. Call me biased. I was born this month. I know it’s Election Day 3 days after we release this show. I voted early for Trump and I’m going to tell you, if that pisses you off. Like Mike Tyson said when he said he’s voting for Trump, “Fuck you going to do about it?” That’s the difference between GenX folk like me. If you unfollow or downvote this show based solely on your politics, you’re a fuckin poser. Period. I’m GenX, I don’t fuckin care about your feelings! It’s my job, passion, and hey, if MTV can be the liberal propaganda machine to “Rock the Vote”, well fuck it, if SGT Rock’s Headbangers Ball needs to be the opposite, just know this. Our whole team that works on this show, voted early for Trump. What’s the old adage…ah yes…”Everyone wants to be loved and accepted, except Veterans. Veterans don’t give a shit…” Rock the Vote for Trump 2024, Baby! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Yet, I digress…

I look forward to not only celebrating my birthday, but I’m a hunter. Its time restock the freezer from foul to four footed nom noms that will feed me through the winter. I’m a fisherman. From the shores to the frozen ice, I’m there, man. Restockin that fridge. November also means the onset of winter. Time to get the firewood ready, the house, the time when the power goes out. Are you ready? If not, you should, as the old adage goes, “It better to have it when you don’t need it, than not have it when you need it!” The same thing goes with music from our Metal Family Tree. That’s what I’m here for. To bring you what you, metalhead, need! A heart rate raising, get your blood moving experience. Movement is life and being a one man mosh pit is the way to do it. We’ve got ‘The Huntress’ as our intermission VJ, great sponsors you should give a look at on the platforms they’re one, a GenX four song rock block and a trip down memory lane, some great breaks, and we’ve done a slight format change that will bring back memories from shows of old. The music on today’s show is for generations of metalhead both old and young. The culmination of this month isn’t trying to kill each other at a store on Black Friday or crash servers on Cyber Monday. For me, I’ve got three birthdays to celebrate. My own, my BrotherfromAnotherMother, and my sister. Two people I’m so thankful for to have in my life. And finishing up this great month is Thanksgiving Day, a day for family and friends to come together and give thanks for what they’re most grateful for. Where I’m from, what used to be the great state of Minnesota, I’m hoping that they get to have a wintry Thanksgiving. Great for family hockey games and cookouts in 8 inches of snow. (Yes, we Norwegians don’t give fuck all about snow, folks!)

And on that note…

My favorite part of putting this show, SGT Rock’s Headbangers Ball, together folks is this. With all the “Music at your fingertips today. Whatever happened to being excited about something? Music at your fingertips is one thing. But whatever happened to that anticipation of being excited to see, “What is SGT Rock going to play next week.” That’s the feeling I’m trying to bring y’all back to. Baby Boomer and GenX headbangers had this show on a cable station that has, since 1995, turned into an indoctrination channel for the poisoning of today’s kids. It makes me fuckin physically sick so I’m not going to mention those bastards who stopped playing music and started with a show called, “The Real World, San Francisco” and the disgusting reality TV shows and tomfuckery that has since then dumbed down those in the Millennial, GenZ, and GenA generations who you see today on social media. And that’s sad. Because before all this indoctrination, that channel was about music, man. Just the music. The interviews, our heavy metal show on Saturday nights, our Summer. And then some fuckin suit and politician had to step in and fuck us over. That’s why I made this show. To give you that feeling you had and can have of “What’s SGT Rock going to have on the show next week?”

SGT Rock’s Headbangers Ball is not just a show; it’s a rite of passage for those who find solace in the heavy metal’s cathartic embrace, a sonic call to the headbangers, the moshers, and the fist-raisers. Keep your horns held high and that volume knob cranked to 11! This is YOUR…Headbangers Ball!
