The film demonstrates how the United States is steadily becoming a police state due to the prevalence of Freemasonic police state characteristics that are continually becoming more evident. These police state components include censorship/suppression of free speech, ideological indoctrination via media/schools, political targeting/imprisonment of dissidents, watchlist target lists and widespread citizen surveillance.

This police state emerged following the 9/11 planned demolition false flag when citizens gave the government a whole new set of police powers intended to be used against foreign Islamic terrorist groups like ISIS. Those powers were gradually turned against Christian and conservative American citizens who have falsely been accused of being domestic terrorists by the FBI, for something as simple as questioning the fraudulent stolen 2020 election, as demonstrated by Dinesh D'Souza's 2022 film "2000 Mules." Police State identifies CIC/President Donald Trump and the January 6 protesters (like Q Anon Shaman) as the primary targets of the police state, urging all Americans regardless of political affiliation, to protect their basic freedoms and liberties, before it’s too late.
